A global day celebrating the social, economic, political, and cultural achievements of women, International Women's Day is also a call to action for celebrating women's equality. I have been thinking a lot about this year's theme: #BreakTheBias so in today's episode, I talk about the changes we're seeing for women's equality on the corporate level this year and the ways that businesses are celebrating the holiday. I also talk about ways that women can celebrate the day at their companies and how we can all take steps to make meaningful change for equality.
