He grew up a poor kid from Portland, Oregon with no education, 1, living on the streets at 17, violence was a way of life for him. Determined to make it out of his surroundings, Jerry worked

generated over $450m in revenue, and a lifetime of experience.

Having had thousands of employees, Jerry has owned all types of businesses, from a large transportation company to car washes, gas stations, and convenience stores. In addition, he owns and manages 150 thousand SF of commercial real estate, has built multiple residential developments with hundreds of lots and has built, remodelled, rented and sold more houses than he can remember. A serial entrepreneur, Jerry has now made it his mission to educate others that grew up like him, teaching that there is opportunity and hope if you are willing to do what it takes.
