Today I speak with Meghan Bonde from Westminster, Colorado who is a Neurodivergent Learning and Development Specialist and TEDX Speaker.

Meghan has always been creative, starting a business in the family basement teaching kids and childcare as a nine year old loving to help others and to problem solve anything that came up.

She helped her mum with teaching and later became a Speech Language Pathologist.

When working in the schools and meeting kids that learned differently, she noticed the kids strengths although they weren't doing well, so she pursued the idea that the way kids learning needed to change, and also their environment too.
