People-pleasing is something most of us naturally do without realizing it. We do not realize how much we miss out on people loving us for who we are instead of who we are portrayed to be. Both Grace and I have struggled with people-pleasing our entire lives and so in this episode, we just wanted to share how we are trying to remove it from our lives and how you can do the same!!
