He’s a hardcore legend, from his time in Youth of Today to the present day, but we go back even further - to his childhood in Westchester NY to uncover how he discovered punk rock, how his parents reacted, and how these experiences led him to his career and life paths. It’s a fun (and funny) New York conversation that brings us from high school to teaching computer classes and the epiphany that led to his personal discovery of Krishna and his introduction to yoga. We learn the differences between yoga practices and teachers, how hard it is to sell your record collection, and how straight edge and ideals from a positive hardcore youth can grow and evolve along with you.
