I have had a wonderful thought in my head for the past few weeks that was given to me by my dad. He said, “as long as you keep teaching them over and over what is right, they will eventually get it.”

I think about that when my kids are fighting and I explain why we don’t do something. I think about it when I am teaching something they don’t understand in school, the gospel, or rules in the home.

They are learning, slowly but surely.

It’s amazing the things they grasp when it finally clicks for them.

I am happy to teach my children all the things in life that will progress them. What I find the most joy in is seeing them progress spiritually.
