Self-communion of slow sensual touch can feel surprisingly vulnerable & intimate and has vast effects on health, skin, lymph detoxification, and sexual connection.  The best part is also the busy-ness of my brain doesn't have to be responsible for destressing the body.  

Your hands...  Slippery with oil and love potion essential oil scents,  Slow, deep, rhythmic & circular strokes,  Between fascia, bones & muscles...  And then light and silky glide of fingertips...  Pleasure, relaxation and MAGIC will work their way through your body. 

Literally, loving self-touch releases a love-inducing hormone cocktail in our brains so we ARE more open, connected & resilient.

Here's the practice in a nutshell (and follow @danaskoglund for more wisdom!!!)  ** You can also do this with none of the below -- just your hands RIGHT NOW is enough!  

You'll need an oil base (🥑🥥, sesame or almond)  Essential oil (optional) - Most important is that you LOVE it!  👉🏼 for The Love Potion blend try any combo of:  Jasmine (⬆️desire & ⬇️nerves)  Neroli (⬆️arousal)  Sandalwood (⬆️testosterone& drive)  Patchouli (⬆️libido & ED)  Ylang Ylang (⬆️ libido & endocrine system)  Clary Sage (⬆️fertility)  Blk Pepper (⬆️ circulation)  Bergamot (⬇️ stress)  🤲🏽Combine some oil with the desired any combo of scents in a small glass jar or bowl.  🧘🏻‍♀️ Sit or stand on an old towel.  ❤️Use long deep strokes towards the heart, starting with outer limbs working in,  💞Using long strokes on bones & circles on joints.  ⏰ Let it feel GOOD & soak in for 10min, crown to feet. (Could meditate and play with partner massage here;)  🚿 Rinse in a hot shower!
