It's an episode speaking to the women but Denver B claims it's for/from the men. There's something about advanced age births and a woman's take on men being poor in bed. 

That all takes a back seat as a woman takes to Instagram claiming that she'd be a better man in the dating market. She believes the issue is that men just don't treat women nicely, and she'd do things better.
