Bavisha Thavarajah, Business Management student majoring in Human Resources Management, shares why she chose her major and how she built community at the Ted Rogers School. She is currently part of  Toronto Met Accounting, a TedPack Mentor, Co-op Connect Mentor, and an Academic Peer Helper. Bavisha discusses the different courses in the HRM major, courses, career pathways, and more. She talks about different opportunities on campus that students can take advantage of in their first- year to start engaging in the TRSM community.
