This week, Tom Marchiano joins me to talk all about engaging new members - from the application all the way to the officer's seat. Way back in Episode 2, Chris and I went into Tips for the New Volunteer Firefighter, now join Tom & I for a great look from the senior firefighter/officer's view to make sure we set them up for success.
