Ella Wright is a conversation enthusiast and lifelong learner of all things leadership and communication.

At a young age, Ella acquired several years of leadership experience over dozens of remote teams and training organizations that led her to leadership work and program development with diverse networks of hundreds of managers. She added to this foundation an undergrad in Communications Studies and a masters in Organizational Leadership, her research focused on 1:1 conversations between employees and leaders.

In July 2022, she left her full time corporate role to bring her own business to life and solve the leadership development needs for small businesses. She also has her own podcast, “Start The Conversation” where she uses her original framework of “Knowing, Growing, Moving, Grooving” to help leaders and every day people master their 1:1 conversations and thrive in their careers.

She lives in Indiana with her husband, Dayton, where they enjoy home projects in their 1970’s rambler, cooking new recipes (while listening to a good podcast), and anything in the outdoors - especially pickleball, camping, biking, and travel.
