For as long as I’ve been around Pike County, we’ve had the Zoar Mosquito Festival in Lockhart Township, just east of Stendal. At the old WFPC I’d usually interview Jim or Ruth Carlisle who were very active in the organization of the festival. In 2026 two of their children, Beth Goeppner and Max Carlisle help carry on that tradition and they are here today to discuss this year's Zoar Mosquito Fest!
