This last month or so I've had trouble staying in alignment. I've struggled with showing up for you guys every week and in this episode I talk to you about what was happening for me since I returned from India. A couple of weeks ago I realised the not only was I letting you guys down but also myself. I remembered the almost 90,000 download and asked myself some serious questions.... Why wasn't I showing up?
