Paul is a locally educated individual who has worked his whole career in the recruitment industry. Having worked for a global recruitment organisation for over 20 years, he took the decision to move into the Rec2Rec sector and set up his own business. He prides himself on giving a bespoke recruitment service to his clients, focused on honesty and integrity. To date, Paul has worked with over 30 clients, primarily in the North East, placing recruitment professionals into their next role.

In his private life, Paul can be found at St James' Park following his beloved Newcastle United (and occasionally spending time with his wife.)
