Joe Willie took the mic to Yost Ice Arena in Ann Arbor for the Big Ugly, a charity hockey game honoring the late Mike Candela, number 75, godfather to nine children, Westland John Glenn grad, and by every account, one of the greatest human beings to ever lace up a pair of skates. Taken far too soon at 39 years old, Mike's memory lives on every time this crew straps on the blades and wears his number.
This week, Joe Willie pulled players off the ice and straight onto the mic to answer the only question that matters at Yost: Who is the greatest Michigan Wolverine hockey player of all time?
We also celebrate the 30-year anniversary of Mike Legg's "Michigan Goal". Dino threatened to pull one off at Yost. Watch the tape and find out if he delivered.
