Is calm an option?

Well, I use to think that it was not. I thought this is the way I am and how I was raised so this is me, until I decided to go on a journey to find what calm can look like inside of me.  This has definitely been a journey and has taken quite a few years to get me where I am at today and I still have lots of learning but I do know that what is inside of me today is, CALM!
