Chant with me for 5mins Green Tara’s Mantra OM TARE TUTTARE TURE SOHA  

Sanskrit mantra’s are very powerful for commanding transformation in your awareness through your voice. This mantra is personally one of my favourites, for me I find it invokes the energies of Liberation, Empowerment, Unconditional Love, Courage, Strength and a feeling of integration between my humanity and divinity within me. As well as inviting in the presence of the ascended master/goddess Green Tara.  

This is only a short 5min practice so feel free to go through it again for a longer duration. Also if you have mala beads you could use them too.
