The Dayton Police Department is in hot water after they pulled a black paraplegic man out of his car after accusing him of leaving a drug house. The man said he felt like the police dragged him like a “Dog or trash”. All this aggression led to ZERO charges. Dr. Ken Harris explains why the police were completely out of line and stupid in their handling.
