I met Colby Kennedy when we both moved to Chicago in 2015. He was always grinding mics and brought an amazing energy to every set he had.

After a bit he disappeared from the standup scene. However, he wasn't gone from comedy. From time to time other projects he was working on would appear on Facebook. Improv, sketch, short films, all kinds of creative things.

I ran into him recently at Finley Dunnes where he was filming the open mic for a documentary he was making about Chicago comedy and knew he had to be on the pod.

This guy has an amazing work ethic, I can't wait to see his future projects.
