Procrastinating can take up many forms, both in your personal and professional life. It’s not a problem in itself but it becomes one when it causes you stress or even anxiety.


So, instead of beating yourself up and feeling guilty, let’s have a look at why we don’t do what we ‘should’ be doing.


Hint: fear is often not far from it.


Using my own example of procrastinating the recording of this episode, I explore some of the reasons why we procrastinate and I give you some practical tips to overcome it.
