Life got to us this week so the episode is a little late...and we were up late recording. So we are slap-happy! Some EDI terms for reference:

Privilege:  is a special right, advantage, or immunity granted or available only to a particular person or group of people. It is often characteristically invisible to people that have it

Agency: a means of exerting power or influence; instrumentality

Access: the ability, right, or permission to approach, enter, speak with, or use;admittance
