In this 5-minute breathwork experience, we are using our breath and movement to release and invite in whatever is desired.

Stand up, breathe and shake with me. Invitation to get a little weird. Really let your body move and shake using a conscious breath throughout the entire practice. 

Use this episode whenever you need some movement, to shake things up, or whenever you need to have a full-body release. 

We are breathing through the nose and out through the mouth and shaking the body as we breathe.
