6 BS 'rules' that are actually misconceptions in Transport

 

In the sector there is some longstanding BS that is commonly held as true but absolutely isn't. So in this session I will discuss what I think they are and why I think they are wrong.

 

I'll discuss why the below 'rules' are actually BS;

1) Experienced Drivers don't need training

2) 7 hours Driver CPC!?!

3) You need 40 years experience in the Sector to reach the peak

4) The best Drivers make the best Transport Managers

5) You're not a 'proper' driver if you've never driven an Eaton Twin Splitter!

6) You're not a proper Transport Manager if you can't strip and rebuild a gearbox!

 

All the above are rubbish, but rubbish I see regularly on Social Media!
