Today we're sharing our exercise routines on the podcast and how very different they are seeing as I'm a workout freak and Sarah is a stay-at-home mom. Sarah has also always been an avid "cardio bunny" and lifting weights is, of course, LIFE for me (Sam.) Both forms of exercise are equally important and necessary though and I explain just how and why they're good for you (and why we love/hate both as well too.)
