Joined once again by my good friend Chad, we discuss his recent lifetime achievement award of retiring from the U.S. Navy, how it’s affected him, what his plans are now that he's retired. We give thoughts to what makes some stay in while others get out or retire immediately at first eligibility. Then we flashback to a simpler time, and share sea stories about how important a good Sponsor and first impressions are. Real life issues, resolved by real life Sailors.
