I came across Chef Bryan’s cookbook while searching on Amazon for new chefs to interview, and when I read the first paragraph of the introduction I immediately sent an email to invite chef on the show. This my friends is why Anatomy of a Chef Podcast was created! My goal is to provide tips and secrets of the professional cook for the home cook to implement in their own kitchens.
