Daniele de Oliveira is centre director at Currumbin Pines ELC, and a child behaviour expert. She works with both parents and educators to understand children and their behaviours by using the '5 Love Languages'. 

She holds regular events where she workshops how to put these strategies into practice, out of her ECEC service in the Gold Coast.
