Dan Dunsmoor grew up in a small town, but had very big dreams. Growing up in poverty, Dan chose to see
optimism and hard work as the only way out. Overcoming his fears of belonging in college, Dan used his fears and turned them into motivation. Becoming the first
one in his family to attend and graduate college, Dan chased down his Daydream. When Dan was young, he had one career vision and that was “To sell skyscrapers
in a big city someday”.
Today, Dan is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Allied Commercial Real Estate Advisors. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s overall strategy, vision, culture, and execution. He combines an extensive background in commercial real estate leasing, capital markets and operations with a deep desire to serve his team and clients to the best of his ability. He is recognized as a market leader in the Columbus, OH commercial real estate industry and has been involved in over 1,000 transactions valued in excess of $1.5 billion.
