• Look: Pale-golden, brilliant, with a long-lasting white head when poured in the proper Duvel tulip glass.

• Aroma: Citrus peel, green apple/pear, light floral esters, with subtle spicy phenolics from Belgian yeast.

• Taste: Clean, slightly fruity esters up front, spicy/peppery Belgian yeast character, balanced hop bitterness, very dry finish. Alcohol is present but well integrated.

• Mouthfeel: Spritzy carbonation that lifts flavors and refreshes the palate.

• Pairings: Salted crisps, strong cheese, fish and chips, spicy small plates — perfect for a comedy night.
