1. Lavender Bath Salts
This is one of the easiest do-it-yourself holiday gifts you can give. Both Epsom salt and Himalayan salt are wonderful for sore muscles as well as for reducing inflammation and swelling. Lavender essential oil is calming for the nerves and healing for the skin.
Ingredients
2 oz Epsom salt
2 oz Course Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt (optional)
1 tbsp vegetable oil like Grapeseed, Avocado, Jojoba, or Olive Oil
10 drops of Lavender Essential oil
2. Relaxing Body Oil (2% dilution)
An aromatic and skin-nourishing body oil is always a welcome gift in the winter when skin is dry.
Ingredients
Directions: Rub into your skin after a shower or bath to hydrate and seal in moisture.
