Throwing someone a surprise party is the best present in the history of presents. 1. Deciding a theme: The most crucial part of organizing a surprise party is deciding a theme. A party without a theme just seems boring and not put together. But how do you choose the theme?  The theme for your party can be anything from your person’s favorite TV show or movie to their favorite genre in music or their favorite game or celebrity.
