It is the end of week 4 for the F45 45-DAY Challenge (Lockdown Edition), and it's time to recap and review!

There is a fear of not being in enough of a calorie deficit to warrant a good weight loss amount, especially when this weight loss is part of a transformation challenge where how much you lose combined with your 'After' photo determines your 'success'. 

Paulo struggles with this but is determined to follow the meal plan strictly to see if what is prescribed is good enough for a successful transformation. Listen to him discuss this change in this podcast episode.
