Lila Marie Luz is the highest inspiration of my consciousness, a mirror where I recognise my soul at home and a life’s gift coming from the wisdom of the universe. As we have traveled together for one year in Australia, I have seen her becoming the empowered woman that she is today, teaching yoga as union through her own life philosophy, transcending old beliefs and creating new ones, embodying the divine goddess that lives within, manifesting her healing path with reiki, becoming a sacred space holder and leading meditations through the mantras of the gods.

Seeing beyond her story she sends us on a journey of self-healing by finding meaningful communities, understanding and listening to her body, and remembering her highest self walking through every aspect of her awareness. Together, we have become one with life, letting go of the labels of our name’s identity, experiencing plant medicine hand in hand and rediscovering our initial promise to learn how to love through one another. In this episode, we go deep into sharing our insights around rewriting the narratives of our lives and becoming the creators of our reality by recognising the power of presence.
