In today's episode, Marissa takes you through 5 steps that can help you check in with yourself and identify what you need to do in order to take some time for you to recharge and reconnect. By doing so, it allows you to be the best mama (or person) you can be to others. If you are not taking care of yourself, it just makes it harder for you to take care of others.
