I'm back with another 'Helping You Figure Out' and this time we're chatting all about how to create healthy habits. When planning this episode, I had to do a lot of thinking about what my good and bad habits are and what new ones I'd want to make part of my routine. I also had to address what it really means by a 'healthy' habit and the impact of social media on the idea of 'habit-making'. For this discussion, I've collected some tips from experts and non-experts (aka me) to help you guys figure out how to identify these habits, assess how helpful they are for you and move forward in the best way possible.
