The Hudson Valley has a long-standing connection to writers and poets. This relationship is still alive and well today. This week we are joined first by award-winning poet Tracey Knapp as we celebrate National Poetry Month and how her Hudson Valley roots inspire her beautiful poetry. Then we speak to Hudson Valley authors Wes and Barbara Gottlock, who have written numerous books about Hudson Valley history, including the iconic Bannerman Castle, which sits in the Hudson River. They tell us all about the exciting activities going on there and we also talk about other fascinating tidbits about Hudson Valley history.
