Today   In this crossover episode, I’m speaking with my friend and coach, Bethany Kay, from Your Unshakeable Life with Bethany Kay, linked below.  Our discussion focuses on co-teaching and the meta cognitive self awareness needed to intentionally teach collaboratively (or co-teach) multilingual learners.  Bethany is a mindset coach and conducts small group and 1:1 coaching for busy do-it-all women, like me!  We met when we worked together years ago to serve an entering level newcomer from a very rural community in a Central American country. Our talk today focused on the crossover between being a teacher of English to speakers of other languages and setting the positive intentions to make it a great experience for everyone...students, co-teachers and administration!  I hope to empower you to make clear actions after noticing the emotions that pop up in these experiences to make your intentions for a positive collaboration be fulfilled!  And, so that you feel fulfilled and energized by what you’re doing and how you’re impacting those around you!
