It's been nearly 5 years since I graduated from Georgia Tech as an Industrial Engineer. While in solitude, I often look back on my college experience in America; however, on this occasion, I decided to do so with a couple of my buddies from college - Nikhil Kela and Omar Eteiba.
Nikhil, better known as Kela, is from Indore in India and graduated from Georgia Tech in December 2016 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Omar is originally from Egypt and came to Georgia Tech on an Athletics scholarship to represent Georgia Tech's Swimming team and to study Business / Management.
In this delightfully candid conversation, Omar, Nikhil, and I spoke of what each of us misses about Georgia Tech, the aspects that we disliked, whether it was worth spending a fortune to get an education in the US, what we would do differently if we could go back to college, the drinking, smoking, and other shenanigans, and why relationships in the corporate world after graduation aren't as organic as they were in college.
These might seem like serious topics but we went about discussing them in a very non-serious and politically incorrect manner. If you have half as much fun listening to this conversation as I did taking part in it, you're in for an absolute treat! 3 friends just sitting back and shooting the sh*t and talking informally about their respective experiences studying at Georgia Tech - enjoy!
