#6: Iona from Iona's Adventures

Iona Andean is a nurse, adventurer, and founder of a social enterprise and walking group that helps people enjoy the outdoors.  

Iona is a Berghaus ambassador and we sit down with her to discuss how she promotes her messages around the importance of supporting your mental health to a wider audience.   

Iona started a walking group on Facebook and it has grown to 4.5 thousand members, watch the interview to check out how she makes the most of the group to help her own and the members mental health.  Thanks to Iona for giving up her time.
