HEY, on this episode I talk to my man Jake once again (@jake_newton0610). Jake is a professional hockey player currently playing for JYP in the top Finish League, Liiga. We get pretty deep into Jake's past and his story on how he has dealt with trauma that he experienced as a kid. We also talk about viewing life through love vs fear, how we both think that children are a great example of how life should be lived every day, and we get back to talking about this book that has really changed alot of our perspectives on the way we view life.
