Curious Asians create is a podcast where I speak with high-performing Asian creatives across all disciplines about psychology, philosophy, creativity/routine, and self-improvement with the overarching theme centering on the premise that being creative can allow us to be more "childlike". And I think that can help a lot of people with mental distress (depression, anxiety, etc.) because we're immersing ourselves in a state of flow and curiosity.
