Let's talk about Reels. Some of us love them and some of us maybe fear. It's a combination of not knowing how we can use them as a great tool for business and getting sucked in to the vanity metrics which are views and 'viral videos.'

There is a feeling around that if it's not viral it's not worth it. These are conversations I am having that I want to squash! Because that is killing our creativity and stopping us from doing the dang thing.
