6. Meditation: the Simplest Thing

Meditation can be described and practiced and lived in many different ways. At the end of the day, it's probably the simplest thing there is, and we've found it to be extremely helpful in our lives becoming EASIER :-) Yes, meditation has made our lives easier. One way to put it is that meditation is the total acceptance of the present moment. Anything other than that is some degree of suffering. Being with life unconditionally, being open and receptive to what comes, and letting life guide us is a beautiful way to live.
