For this episode, I had the pleasure of talking to professional Cross Country mountain biker Anton Cooper from New Zealand. At only 23 years of age, he has already set out to conquer the biking world by winning both the Junior and U23 World Championships, being the youngest winner of an U23 world cup of all time, and winning the Commonwealth Games 2014. After missing the Olympics 2016 due to chronic fatigue, he came back stronger than ever and in his latest world cup, placed second in the elite race by only an inch behind the current Olympic Champion. He now has his sights set on becoming the world's best biker and winning Olympic Gold at Tokyo 2020.
