She is a Health and Life Coach who helps busy women achieve and maintain their wellness goals by strengthening the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and learning to prioritize self~care as a core strategy. She has expertise in nutrition education, positive parenting, relationships and navigating transitions, mindfulness practice, and leadership development. She believes women’s wellness is essential to healthy families, and ultimately a healthy society.
