How important is the first thing that happens when you wake up in the morning? I think this sets the tone for the rest of your day. Sleeping is like a reset function on the hard drive. If your mood and mindset are so important, then why don’t we give this area some attention? I’m going to give you a few of my personal routines that I “TRY” to remember to do every morning. Yes, I forget very easily to even look at my notes sometimes where I document things like this to remind my self. But , what I am thinking is that routines have a place in our lives. I don’t like to get stuck in them, but use them wisely.
Tune in today to hear how you can make a bad morning good and a good morning even better by incorporating:
-Water breathing
-Walking in the morning
-Salt? Yes.
-Creative visualization after breathing
-Meditation
-Plan your way in or out of what ever you want
