Strain of the Week: Cherry Punch

Drink of the Week: Jungle Bird

Jungle Bird Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ oz Plantation Pineapple Rum (or Jaimaican, or blackstrap)
  • ¾ oz Campari (or Aperol)
  • 1 ½ oz Pineapple juice
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • ½ oz Lime
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedge
    • Directions:
    • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
    • Fill shaker with ice and shake until chilled
    • Strain over fresh ice into tiki mug or rocks glass
    • Garnish with pineapple wedge
