How is everyone doing? So far we are a month in and it's February and I feel like my 2019 officially starts now. January still had a  lot of 2018 vibes still lingering around. Finally shook it off and I'm able to refocus my energy to what I want to accomplish this year. Decided to right some strategies/tips I want to work on this year to help me actually accomplish my goals. Sharing them with you all hopefully some of my rambling in this episode will get you going in your journey of being a bad ass this year.
