We start Episode 141 looking back at England's last minute rugby win against Ireland, Italy just holding off Scotland and France running rampant in the final 20 mins v Wales.

In women's football it was cup action, with Chelsea and Arsenal progressing to the league cup final, whilst in the Women's FA Cup Spurs and Leicester have made the semi-finals for the first time, and in the other tie Manchester United will play quadruple chasing Chelsea.

Tony is a regular supporter of the local Goring 10k run, spending time walking between the bridges on the course cheering on the runners. He tells how a mishap led to him clocking up a few extra kms!
