6. Overcoming Grief and Finding Purpose with Amy Sullivan

Listen Later

In this episode, we have a soulful conversation with my friend Amy, founder of Aspire Zen. We dive deep into Amy's personal journey and healing tools, discussing the challenges and liberating aspects of living a child-free life. We talk about the importance of community, morning routines, managing emotions, healthy eating habits and more!

Amy is a 500-hour RYT yoga instructor, certified diet and nutrition specialist, and holistic health coach. During 15 years in marketing, she observed and experienced many of the unique stresses that women go through balancing their work and personal life. She combined that knowledge with certifications in her life loves of food, yoga, and wellness, plus learnings from her journey toward better health and self-love, to build her array of services. Now she’s found her true life’s calling, helping busy people discover easy ways to combat stress and feel their best. Amy offers yoga classes, cooking classes, corporate classes, wellness events & workshops, and personal nutrition & wellness coaching.
